The 50000 inhabitant city Essaouira is located at the Atlantic coast of Morocco. In former times it was an important trading centre and since the 18. Century it is a popular meeting place for artists, intellectual ones and down shifters. The city offers them a lot of art, culture and a special atmosphere.
